The World Athletics Indoor Tour is a series of indoor track and field meetings, held each year since 2016. It was designed to create a Diamond League-style circuit for indoor track and field events, to raise the profile of indoor track and field, and replaced the IAAF Indoor Permit Meetings series.
The tour was announced with initially four meetings but has expanded to seven meetings in the top category (Gold). The meetings which have been included as top level meetings are:

The New Balance GP was held at New York 2021-22; the Muller GP was held in Glasgow 2016, 2018 & 2020. |
Athletes accumulate points (10-7-5-3) for the top 4 placings in each event with an additional 3 points for a World Record. This determines their overall ranking for the season.
The events included in the Tour alternate year-by-year with 12 counting events (6 men, 6 women) . All 12 Tour Champions earn a wild card for the World Athletics Indoor Championships.
